Exhibitor Packages Available

- Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

- Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited)
Opportunity to sponsor a 60 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time of program on
Two concurrent opportunities on May 14, two concurrent opportunities on May 15, one opportunity on May 16 - The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- Organizing the program/event
- All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
- The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 5/1/2026
- Cleveland Clinic will:
- Select and provide buffet meal.
- Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
- The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
- Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
