Non-CME Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME)
(First come, first served – (limited to two non-competing opportunities)- The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor a program/event on Friday, October 13 or Saturday, October 14 during lunch.
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for
- organizing the event
- securing speaker(s) and the costs associated with the speaker honorarium
- securing all necessary audiovisual services
- providing poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h)
- provide program/event invitation flyer PDF to Cleveland Clinic
- Cleveland Clinic is responsible for
- securing space
- providing food and beverage for the lunch.
- Industry Support may live stream and/or record the event at their own expense
- Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
- The Cleveland Clinic will post a link to the event on the Intensive Review of Endocrinology & Metabolism website and provide an event invitation/flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during course registration.
- All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials must be submitted for approval by October 2, 2023.
- For a non-CME program/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of all invitations, mailers, and signage: This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.

- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course.
