• Have your company’s promotional flyer available to attendees .
• Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporter’s own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than March 5, 2026
• Max size 8.5"x11"
• Reception Sponsor:  Opportunity to sponsor the Welcome Dinner on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at location of industry sponsor’s choice.
• Recognition as a Reception Sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
• Industry sponsor is responsible for securing venue and food and beverage costs

• Vendor to provide product/equipment, shipped to facility at vendor’s cost
• 2 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the educational program as a silent observer*and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
• Additional Exhibitor Badges are available to purchase, $100
• Exhibit space must be purchased separately
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State)
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: March 5, 2026

• Have your company’s promotional Flyer made available to attendees.
• Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than March 5, 2026 and shipped by March 20, 2026.
