Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Sponsorship of attendee internet access within the hotel (Acknowledgement on signage)
  • Five (5) Exhibitor badges (provides admission to education program)
  • Acknowledgement in symposium syllabus – company logos are prohibited
  • Two (2) 30” x 6’ tables – suitable for pop-up booth display (includes chairs, linen and skirting)
  • Exhibit location: Premium
  • Complimentary continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments (available with Exhibitor Badge)

Virtual components:

  • Event website listing with contact information, company description, social media links, documents, images and videos
  • Registration access to live webinar for up to five (5) company representatives. Company should provide names and email addresses for attending representatives
  • List of consenting attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics – provided after event

  • Additional fees charged by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor (hotel freight and handling for packages, electric power strip, hookups, extension cords, easel)
  • Deadline for order commitment is September 20, 2024.

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) will be seen on bags used by attendees.

  • Fee includes the cost of the attendee bag, but does not include exhibitor table.
  • An exhibitor package must be purchased to add on this opportunity.
  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert. 
    Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to September 20, 2024, max size 8.5" x 11.5".
  • The bags will be distributed during the on-site registration along with conference materials
  • Payment is due in full prior to the conference

Deadline for order commitment is September 1, 2024.

 

  • The Industry Supporter Organization will have the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME program/event after the conclusion of the Symposium.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Symposium.
  • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
    • Securing meeting space.
    • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • organizing the program/event.
    • all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, food and beverage, faculty honorarium, faculty travel expenses, and audiovisual equipment.
    • providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing a program/event invitation to Cleveland Clinic to be distributed at registration.
  • All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by September 20, 2024.
