Exhibitor Packages Available

Industry Supported Lunch 10/18 (non-CME) $ 30,000
Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time on October 18, from 12:15-1:00pm (45 minutes)
- Includes: Table-top exhibit in Premium location in Exhibit Hall and two exhibitor badges included (additional badges at $1,000 ea)
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- Organizing the program/event
- All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
- The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by October 1, 2025
- Cleveland Clinic will:
- Select and provide buffet meal.
- Provide a link to program/event on the course website and distribute program flyer to attendees at the time of registration check-in.
- The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
- Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Hotel Room Key $ 3,000
Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on attendees’ hotel room keys.
(Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.)

Lanyard with Badge Holder $ 3,000
Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on the conference lanyard with badge holder distributed to attendees during on-site registration.
(Cleveland Clinic will select item.
Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.)

Promotional Insert $1,000
Have your company’s promotional insert distributed to attendees during registration.
- Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 10/01/25
- Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.
