  • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) included
  • 3 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.

Beverage Sleeve        $ 500

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: 05/01/2026

Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) imprinted on the beverage sleeve, available exclusively during scheduled refreshment breaks for one (1) full conference day
