Deadline for Order Commitment: August 1, 2026

  • Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 1.5 Days of exhibit space during the course

Recognition of your company as Wi‐Fi Sponsor for the conference.  (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited)
Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time of program  on Friday, September 18 at 12:30pm

  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • Organizing the program/event
    • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees, live stream arrangements (at supporter’s discretion) and additional audiovisual equipment.
    • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by August 15, 2026
  • Cleveland Clinic will:
    • Select and provide buffet meal.
    • Basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone.  Supporter is responsible for any additional equipment.
    • Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees.
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
  • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
