- Please notify Program Manager or Coordinator if electricity is needed
- 4 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments))
- Additional exhibit badges available at $100 each
- Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State)
- Promotional Flyer
- Have your company’s promotional flyer available to attendees
- Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporter’s own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than May 1, 2026

- Reception Sponsor: Opportunity to sponsor the Dinner on 6/18/2026 at location of vendor’s choice
- Recognition as a Reception Sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
