*Letter from the program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If the letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
Group Discount Available
Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive a $100 discount off the full registration fee. Registrants must email [email protected] and provide the names of 3 or more colleagues who will be registering to receive a promotional code for special pricing.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Thursday, July 2, 2026. After July 2, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability. If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for “In-Person” or “Workshops” if cancelled by June 15, 2026. After June 15, 2026, a $200 cancellation fee for each registration (“In-Person” or “Workshop”) will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after June 26, 2026.
“Live Stream Registration” – No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
