In-person registration fee includes continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, Friday lunch and reception, and faculty presentations available in PDF, post-course.

Registration and Cancellation

Pre-registrations for the in-person event are accepted until Thursday, December 3.  On Friday, December 4, on-site registration will be available.  Registration on your own device will be required.   

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.

A full refund will be issued for in-person registrations if cancelled by November 10, 2026.  A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received after November 11.  No refunds will be issued after November 23.  Please email [email protected] to cancel your registration.

Health & Safety Information

All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
