*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks following registration, the full physician fee will be charged.
Registration and Cancellation
Attendees must pay via the registration link on the website prior to attending the course. If the course is full, please reach out to the program manager to be placed on the waiting list in case of cancellations. Lecture only attendees will only be allowed on Saturday, October 25th, no exceptions will be made to observe the workshop.
The online option is new this year and is intended for those who wish to participate in the Saturday lectures only. A Zoom link for the lecture will be provided no later than 10 days prior to the presentation.
The course size is limited. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by August 31st, 2026. Email notification of your cancellation by August 31st is required to process your refund. No refunds will be issued after August 31st.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
