Non-CME Satellite/Product Theater

  • Friday, April 19th or Saturday, April 20th lunch time slot. Two opportunities each day.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
  • The industry supporter organization:
  • is responsible for organizing the program/event
  • is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual. 
  • provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h)
  • provide a program/event invitation flyer
  • For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
    • This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.

      All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by March 15, 2024.

      The Cleveland Clinic:
      Will allow use of course lunch buffet
      Will share the provided program/event flyer with registrants
      Does not guarantee attendance.
  • Recognition as Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or program booklet)
  • 2 ½ days of exhibit space, Premium location will be assigned 
  • 1 six foot table, 2 chairs
  • 2 Exhibitor Badges - provides admission to education program and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
  • To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
  • Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
  • Additional fees charged by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor (hotel freight and handling for packages, electric power strip, hookups, extension cords, easel)

Add on: Insert in Attendee Bag - $7,500

Includes:

  • This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference Attendee Bag which will be provided to all registrants upon registration.
  • Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event.
  • Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 150+ (depending on advance registrations).
  • Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and available to all exhibitors.
  • All inserts must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. 
  • All fees listed below include the cost of the product. Payment is due prior to the conference.  Opportunities are available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reception Sponsor - $3,000

Includes:

The Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday, April 18th for all conference attendees in the exhibit area.

  • Recognition as a Reception Sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • Each supporter is permitted one promotional insert (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to event)
  • Choose from:
    • Beverage Napkins - Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on the beverage napkins available to attendees at the beverage station throughout the course.
    • Appetizer Napkins - Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on the appetizer napkins available to attendees at the appetizer buffet.
    • Bar Sponsor - Recognition of your company logo will be imprinted on a sign and displayed at the bar during the reception. A signature drink can be offered. 

 

Attendee Bag - $3,000

Includes:

  • Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) will be seen daily on bags used by attendees. The bags will be distributed during course registration along with conference materials.
  • High resolution printable PDF Logo in black and white required
  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event)

 

Lanyard with badge holder - $3,000

Includes:

  • Have your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) seen on all official lanyards. The lanyards will be distributed during course registration.
