Call for Case Presentations

If you wish to present an interesting case for 5 minutes, with 5-10 minutes for open discussion, please send email and include a brief description of the case to Rosemary David at [email protected] no later than May 10, 2024.

Powerpoint slides and disclosure of financial conflicts are required.

Parking

Self-parking is available in the Cole Eye Institute in the valet lot.  There is also parking available in the East 100th Street Visitor’s Parking Garage. Please note that there is construction going on in front of the Cole Eye Institute.

Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.

Certificate of Participation

A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with their professional boards and/or associations.
