• Recognition as a Gold Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
• 2 Days of exhibit space during the course
• Table Setup:  12-foot display in assigned location (includes display area for equipment and two exhibit tables
• Exhibit Location:  Assigned
• Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred.  Product to be shipped directly to facility at exhibitor's own cost. 
• 6 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and breaks)
  * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

• 4 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and breaks)

• Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred.  Product to be shipped directly to facilty at exhibitor's own cost. 
• 2 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and breaks)

Industry Supported Program Thursday Night Dinner Reception August 13 (Non-CME)                     $ 6,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: July 20, 2026

Opportunity to sponsor a 30 minute in-person industry supported program/event Thursday Night Dinner Reception  on August 13, 2026

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by July 20,2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic’s activity directors.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Industry Supported Program during the lunch time August 14 (Non-CME)       $ 6,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: July 20, 2026

Opportunity to sponsor a 30 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time of program on August 14, 2026

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
