Non-CME Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity:

• The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event during lunch. Thursday OR Friday - 2 opportunities available.
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Program. 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, audiovisual, faculty honorarium, and faculty travel.  The Cleveland Clinic is responsible for menu selection and expenses associated with the meal. 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event.
• The Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• Event opportunity and space assignment is based on venue availability (space is limited).
• The Industry Supported Organization will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22”w x 16”h).
• The Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics to the Industry Supported Organization.
• All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager.  Materials to be submitted for approval by February 15, 2024.
• For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
