• Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
• 1.5 Days of exhibit space during the course
• Table Setup: Two 6’x30’ Tables suitable for tabletop display, 4 Chairs, Linen and Skirting
• Exhibit Location:  Assigned
• Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor
• 6 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* meals)
  * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-CE)           $ 7,500          

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: 4/15/26

Opportunity to sponsor a 40 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the breakfast time of program on Saturday, May 16 | 6:45 – 7:25 am

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual equipment, working directly with the hotel’s Encore team to determine needs.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. 
  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by May 1, 2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide meeting space
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
