Please note that resort and parking fees are separate and in addition to the guest room rate.  Room cancellations must be made no later than three (3) days in advance in order to avoid cancellation charge of one night’s stay and fees.  An early departure fee of one night’s stay plus fees will be charged to guests who depart before their originally scheduled departure date at the time of arrival. Please contact hotel directly with questions about reservations or cancellation.

American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn their required annual part II self-assessment credit in the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery’s Continuing Certification program (formerly known as MOC).
