Exhibitor Promotional Option – Non-CME Industry-Supported Program/event Opportunity Fee – $5,000.00

Materials to be submitted for approval by October 30, 2017.
Space is available for an industry-supported function.

  • Industry supporter organization will provide payment in the amount of $5,000 for the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported program/event on Tuesday November 28, Wednesday November 29 or Thursday November 30, 2017 from 12:30-2:00 pm.  This event could include lunch and/or a hands-on learning opportunity for attendees. The Program/Event will not overlap with the Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia conference.
  • The Industry supporter organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported  program/event, including, but not limited to speaker honorarium, food and beverages and audiovisual services. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the Program/event, securing speaker(s) and providing product support for the hands-on training.
  • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space.  The Industry supporter organization will provide poster/signage at the Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia registration desk (dimensions: 22" wide x 28" high) and will provide promotion at exhibit table.
  • The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event  on the Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia  website and will provide a program/event invitation flyer to attendees during the course.  In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of Cleveland Clinic  Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia attendees.

All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager

  • For post-meeting non-CME program/event, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: "This program/event is developed and offered by (name of sponsoring organization). This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic".
