A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel with the special conference rate of $339 per night (plus $15 destination fee and applicable taxes). Deadline to reserve at the conference rate is December 11, 2026. To reserve your room, book online or call 1-800-THE-OMNI and mention the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Conference. In the event that the hotel room block fills prior to the cutoff date, the hotel may offer additional nights at the prevailing transient rate, based on guestroom availability. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card, to be supplied at the time of reservation, and a first night’s non-refundable deposit is required.  Any guaranteed reservation that is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s guestroom charge plus tax.  Additionally, any reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” and a cancellation fee equal to one night’s guestroom charge plus tax will be posted to the individual guest’s credit card on file.  An early departure fee equal to one night’s guestroom charge plus tax will be charged to any guest who checks out prior to the reserved checkout date.  Please advise hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay to avoid an early departure fee.

The Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is conveniently located 3.4 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and 29 from Miami International Airport (MIA).  Fort Lauderdale Beach is 2.5 miles from the hotel, as is Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

American Medical Association (AMA)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 16.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.

ASWB Approved Continuing Education Credit (ACE) –Social Work Credit
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this activity receive 16.25  live continuing education credits.

Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) Credit
This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 16.25 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credit for learning and change.

Certificate of Participation
A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with their professional boards and/or associations. 

Maintenance of Certification

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 16.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.


American Board of Surgery (ABS)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME and Self-Assessment requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit. Credit will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit.
