Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited), 90 minutes In-person           $ 15,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: July 1, 2026 or until sold out

Opportunity to sponsor a 90 minutes in-person industry supported program/event- Wet Lab For Cadaver or Model Demonstration - 5:00-6:30 PM on July 16, 2026

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by July 1, 2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited), 90 minutes Hybrid                $ 15,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: July 1, 2026

Opportunity to sponsor a 90 minutes hybrid (in person and live streamed) industry supported program/event - Auditorium for Didactic Program - 5:00-6:30 PM on July 16, 2026

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be and pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by July 1, 2026
• The Industry Supporter Organization may additionally live stream their program/event.  All expenses associated with the live stream are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter Organization (eg, AV).  The industry supporter will provide an invitation flyer that includes a virtual meeting link to the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by July 1, 2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees .
• If also live-streamed, provide a link to program/event to attendees on the course website (link provided by the Industry Supporter Organization)
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
