- 27th Annual Diabetes Day as a live activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
- Optional Continuous Glucose Monitoring Workshop as a live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

American Academy of Family Physicians
The AAFP has reviewed 27th Annual Diabetes Day and deemed it acceptable for up to 8.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 05/18/2023 to 05/18/2023. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
