*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
Group Discount Available
Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive a 10% discount off the full registration fee. Registrants must call 216.448.8710 to receive a promotional code for special pricing.
Registration and Cancellation
In case of cancellation of IN-PERSON registration, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by April 9, 2026. After April 9, 2026, the physician, non-physician and corporate registration categories will have a $100 cancellation fee deducted from the refund, and all other registration categories will not be given a refund. No refunds will be issued to any registration category after May 1, 2026.
In case of cancellation of LIVE STREAM registration, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by May 1, 2026. No refunds after May 1, 2026, or once access instructions are sent.
