  Opportunity to sponsor a 2 hour in-person industry supported program/event Faculty Dinner on November 5, 2026 from 6:30-8:30 pm ET
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by September 15, 2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Send the dinner invitation to participating faculty
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• Reception Sponsor:  Opportunity to sponsor the Thursday evening cocktail reception on November 5, 2026 from 5:30-7:00 pm at The InterContinental Hotel & Conference Center
