Promotional Option – Lanyard with Badge Holder – $3,000

Deadline for order commitment is: December 15, 2023

• Have your corporate logo seen on all official lanyards.
  Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive lanyard with badge holder is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The lanyards will be distributed during on-site registration with conference materials
• This opportunity is limited to one supporter
• Payment is due in full prior to conference
• Cleveland Clinic will order product and handle shipment with consultation from sponsor and proof (approved by both parties) prior to final print.

 

Promotional Option – Non-CME Event Sponsorship – $3,000

Deadline: January 26, 2024

Two Industry Supporter Organizations will have the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME program/event on the evening prior to the conference start.
Saturday, February 24, 2024.  Space available between 6:00 - 9:00 pm.  Room capacity: 60 - 90, depending on set-up.

• During the general session hours, neither exhibitors nor their agents may conduct, nor sponsor any educational or marketing activities directed towards the symposium registrants, other than part of an approved exhibit, without the permission of Cleveland Clinic 
• The event cannot overlap with the Cleveland Clinic Surgery of the Foregut Symposium .  Days and times are first come first served and will be based on hotel space availability.
• Industry supporter organization is responsible for all costs associated with the non-CME industry supported program/event  including, but not limited to food and beverage.
• Industry supporter organization is responsible for organizing the non-CME event and securing space.
• Event space is separate from the educational activity space.
• Industry supporter organization will provide poster/signage at the Cleveland Clinic Surgery of the Foregut Symposium  registration desk (dimensions: 22" wide x 28" high) and can provide meeting promotion at exhibit table and on literature table.
• The Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of Cleveland Clinic Surgery of the Foregut Symposium attendees.

All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic

• For a Non-CME event, the following disclaimers must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
• "This event is developed and offered by (name of supporting organization). This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic Florida".
• Cleveland Clinic Florida does not guarantee attendance but is happy to assist, according to ACCME guidelines.

Promotional Option – Promotional Insert – $1,000

Deadline for order commitment is: January 26, 2024

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies.

• Your insert will be distributed with attendee course materials
• All inserts must be pre-approved by Program Manager before order processing. 
• Submit to Cleveland Clinic for approval by 02/09/24. Delivery deadline 02/23/24
• (Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event, Max size 8.5" x 11")
• Opportunity for additional inserts in non exclusive and shall be available to all exhibitors.
• Printing and coordination of inserts and shipping cost to the conference venue is the sole responsibility of the industry supporter.
• Payment is due in full prior to the conference

 

Promotional Option – Wi-Fi Sponsorship – $3,000

Deadline for order commitment is: February 2, 2024

Promotional Option – Meal Sponsorship – $2,000

Six exhibiting Industry Supporter Organizations will have the opportunity to provide support for a meal during the conference.
