Exhibitor Packages Available
- Non-CME Satellite/Product Theater (Friday, September 20 - Lunch)
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
- The industry supporter organization:
- is responsible for organizing the program/event
- is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
- provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h)
- provide a program/event invitation flyer
- For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
- This program/event is developed and offered by . This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
- All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials must be submitted for approval by September 1, 2024.
- The Cleveland Clinic:
- Will allow use of course lunch buffet
- Will share the provided program/event flyer with registrants
- Does not guarantee attendances
- Recognition as Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides/signage)
- Two days of exhibit space, PREMIUM location
- Two six-foot tables & chairs (Unlimited number of company registrants*)
- Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments (available with Exhibitor Badge)
- Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
- Additional Exhibitor fees are exhibitors responsibility (standard electric, power strip, easel)
- Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor and to be shipped directly to Hilton
*To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
