Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME) - Lunch

First come, first served - this opportunity is limited to two companies during the lunch/expo period

• The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event on September 16, 2026, during lunch (Up to 60 min presentation time, including Q&A from 12:30-1:30pm).
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course. 
• Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
• Meeting room
• Menu selection and meal expenses
• Providing a link to the course website and distributing an event invitation/flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during course registration.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the event
• All costs associated with the industry supported event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual services.
• Completing profile form for online exhibit portal. To include contact information, logos, social media links etc.
• Providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at exhibit table and flyers for distribution at registration. Sign and flyers to be provided by supporter at own cost and brought/shipped to course.
• For a non-CME program/event, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of all invitations, mailers, and signage:
• This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by August 14, 2026.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance
