Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME) - Lunch 

• (First come, first served - this opportunity is limited to two companies during the lunch/expo period)
• The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event on September 11, 2024 during lunch (Up to a 60 min presentation time, including Q&A from 12:30-1:30pm).
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course. 
• Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
• meeting room
• menu selection and meal expenses
• providing a link to the course website and distributing an event invitation/flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during course registration.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• organizing the event
• all costs associated with the industry supported event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual services.
• completing profile form for online exhibit portal. To include contact information, logos, social media links etc.
• providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at exhibit table and flyers for distribution at registration. Sign and flyers to be provided by supporter at own cost and brought/shipped to course.
• For a non-CME program/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of all invitations, mailers, and signage:
• This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by July 31, 2024.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)**
• 1 Day of exhibit space at the September 11th MAST Educational Program, assigned location
• 6’ x 30” table - suitable for tabletop display, with two chairs
• Two Exhibitor badges* (provides admission to the full MAST conference schedule, including the Welcome Dinner on Tuesday, September 10th and the MAST Educational Conference and evening Social Event on September 11th)
• Complimentary meals and refreshments (available with exhibitor badge)
• Promotional insert for distribution in the on-site packet
