Registration
Fee includes: admission to the full MAST conference schedule, including the Welcome Dinner on Tuesday, September 10th and the MAST Educational Conference with complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments, as well as entry to the evening Social Event on September 11th.

Registration and Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by August 1, 2024 After August 1, 2024 a $150 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Email notification of your cancellation by August 1, 2024 is required to process your refund. No refunds will be issued after August 2, 2024

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
