Your company insert will be distributed with attendee course materials.

• Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and shall be available to all exhibitors.
• Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to the course
• Max size 8.5" x 11". Please limit insert to one page       
• All inserts must be pre-approved by the Program Manager
• Submit for approval by October 28, 2024. Delivery deadline: November 3, 2024
• Payment is due prior to the conference
