Live stream course fee includes access to the WebEx live stream, course materials in PDF, and access to recordings for reference, post-course, non-CME.

ACPA Members receive 10% off registration fees. ACPA will circulate the promo code, or please contact CME Registration for more information.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.

Registration and Cancellation

A full refund will be issued for in-person registrations if cancelled by October 15. After October 15, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after October 23 or when live stream instructions are sent.. Please email [email protected] to cancel your registration.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
