Symposium Fee Includes: Continental Breakfasts, Refreshment Breaks, Welcome Reception on Thursday, 1 ticket for the Reception/Dinner on Saturday, and Online Syllabus.

**Letter from program chairman or department chairman is required to receive the discounted Resident/Fellow registration.
Additional tickets for Reception/Dinner – $80 per person age 10 and up and $40 per Child age 3 to 9.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted online through Monday, February 20, 2023. To register after this date, please do so onsite. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by January 20, 2023. After January 20, 2023, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER FEBRUARY 3, 2023

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone activity in our sole discretion. In the unlikely event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
