Hotel Accommodations
A block of guest rooms has been reserved for attendees of the SHINE: Symposium on Health Innovation and Neonatal Excellence.
To make a reservation, please call the Reservations Department at 800-588-4656 and identify yourself as an attendee of the SHINE: Symposium on Health Innovation – January 2027 to receive the group rate (subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

The Florida Hotel and Conference Center has a Service Charge of $5.00 per day (exclusive of tax), (reduced from $23.00). This service charge will include the following amenities:

Parking
Gated self-parking is available for hotel guests and is included in the hotel's daily service fee. Free public parking is also available within walking distance to the hotel for conference attendees who are not overnight guests.

In support of improving patient care, Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Credit Designation
American Medical Association (AMA)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.75 ANCC contact hours.
American Academy of PAs (AAPA)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 15.75 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) Credit

Certificate of Participation
A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with their professional boards and/or associations.
Maintenance of Certification
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn up to 15.75 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.
