Live Stream Fee Includes: Live stream access and faculty PowerPoint presentations in PDF format, available online.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.

Registration and Cancellation

In case of cancellation of IN-PERSON registration, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by September 24, 2026. After September 24, 2026, the physician, non-physician and corporate registration categories will have a $100 cancellation fee deducted from the refund, and all other registration categories will not be given a refund. No refunds will be issued to any registration category after October 2, 2026.

In case of cancellation of LIVE STREAM registration, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by October 2, 2026.  No refunds after October 2, 2026, or once access instructions are sent.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
