Rheum/Derm Overlap Diseases- Immunologic Responses

1. Describe recommendations and best practices for immunizing patients with immune mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDS) against: Influenza, Pneumococcal pneumoniae, herpes zoster, SARS-CoV-2
2. Explore the impact of immunosuppression on vaccine responses
3. Review the literature on adjunctive therapies in rheumatologic-dermatologic diseases 
4. Discuss clinical scenarios where adjunctive therapies could be considered
5. Assess safety concerns for combination therapy

This course is designed for physicians, pharmacists, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, physician assistants, residents, fellows and allied health professionals in dermatology, immunology, oncology, rheumatology, internal medicine, family medicine, and general practice.
