• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including faculty travel and faculty honoraria. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the content of the program.  Cleveland Clinic is responsible for basic audiovisual needs, menu selection and catering expenses.  Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; first come first served basis).
• The Industry Supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer to Cleveland Clinic, which will be distributed to all participants on-site (flyer to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped to the center by May 6; max size 8.5" x 11", one page).
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide meeting promotion at Exhibit table.
• All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager by April 26, 2024.
• For the non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• 2 days of exhibit space (Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10), assigned location
• Two (2) six-foot display tables and 4 chairs
• Four exhibitor badges (full access to educational sessions and meals)*
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

*To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.

• The exhibit area will be in the atrium area of the basement of the Simulation and Advanced Skills Center inside of the Stanley Shalom Zielony Plaza building.  Space is limited, and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor. 
• There are no charges for electric; however, you must bring at least (1) extension cord and (1) power strip, or whatever is most applicable for your set-up.

Attendee Bag - $3,500

This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be seen daily on bags used by attendees.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.  This fee includes the cost of the Attendee Bag.

• Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert
• Insert to be provided by supported at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing by April 3.
• Max size 8.5”x11”.  Please limit insert to one page.
• The bags will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials
• Payment is due in full prior to the conference

Lanyard with Badge Holder – $2,500

This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

Have your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) printed on the official course lanyard.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive course lanyard with badge holder is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee includes the cost of the lanyards.

• Lanyards will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials
• Payment is due in full prior to the conference
• Deadline for order commitment is March 20, 2024, to allow for the printing and shipping of the lanyards.

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your flyer to be distributed at the course.

• Opportunity for flyer shall be available to all exhibitors.
• Promotional flyer distributed to registrants upon conference check-in.
• Flyer to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer by May 3.
• Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.

All flyers must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic prior to printing and shipping by March 20, 2024.
