Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Sunday, May 5, 2024, or until registration is full.  After Sunday, May 5, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability.  If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.   

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. 

A full refund for each day for which you registered will be issued if cancelled by Wednesday, April 17, 2024. 

After April 17:

• A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for Wednesday.
• A $300 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Thursday.
• A $300 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Friday.
• A $250 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Saturday.

Wednesday Registration

• If you chose the “in-person” option, a full refund will be issued if cancelled by Wednesday, April 17, 2024.  After April 17, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund and access to Live Stream will be provided.  Access instructions will be sent by May 1.   Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time.  No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent. 
• If you chose the “live stream” option, a full refund will be issued if cancelled before access instructions have been sent.  Access instructions will be sent by May 1.   Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time.  No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent.  

No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2024.

Health and Safety

As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional. Additionally, attendees are not required to verify vaccination status nor to provide a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Please note this is subject to change based on the most recent status of CDC, local and/or state guidelines.
