Sponsor Industry-Supported Apres Ski Afternoon Event (Non-CME) - $20,000

 Limited to (3) Supporters
Deadline for order commitment is: December 1, 2023

• The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $20,000 for the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported program/event during the Updates in General Surgery on February 2, 3 or 4, 2024. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Course hours. 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing and promoting the program/event.  Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; open to 3 companies, first-come, first-serve basis).
• Meeting room, AV and food/beverage will be covered by the Updates in General Surgery conference organizers. 
• The Industry supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer to Rita Rys, Education Manager, at [email protected] by December 1, 2023, for approval.  Industry supporter is responsible for event promotion.  
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage in the ballroom foyer and provide post-meeting promotion at Exhibit table.

Sponsor Industry-Supported Pre-Conference Hands-On Workshop (Non-CME) - $15,000

Limited to (1) Supporter
Deadline for order commitment is: December 1, 2023

• The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $15,000 for the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported hands-on workshop during the afternoon / early evening of Thursday, Feb 1, prior to the Updates in General Surgery conference. 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing and promoting the program/event.  Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; open to 1 company, first-come, first-serve basis).
• Meeting room and AV will be covered by the Updates in General Surgery conference organizers.  Food/beverage will be the responsibility of the industry supporter. 
• The Industry supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer to Rita Rys, Education Manager, at [email protected] by December 1, 2023, for approval.  Industry supporter is responsible for event promotion.  
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage in the ballroom foyer and provide post-meeting promotion at Exhibit table.

Conference Beanies - $15,000

Limited to (2) supporters  (Included with Platinum sponsorship)
Deadline for order commitment is: December 1, 2023

• Recognition of your company logo and Cleveland Clinic’s logo will be seen daily at the conference and on the slopes.   Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive, and highly popular, conference beanie is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served based. 
• Beanies will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials. 
• Payment is due prior to conference
• Cleveland Clinic will order product and handle shipment with consultation from sponsor and proof (approved by both parties) prior to final production. 

Sponsor Industry-Supported Breakfast Event (Non-CME) - $10,000    

Limited to (3) Supporters
Deadline for order commitment is: December 1, 2023

• The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $10,000 for the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported program/event during the Friday, Saturday or Sunday Updates in General Surgery breakfast break scheduled on February 2, 3 or 4, 2024. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Course hours. 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing and promoting the program/event.  Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; open to 3 companies, first-come, first-serve basis).
• Meeting room, AV and food/beverage fees will be covered by the Updates in General Surgery conference organizers.

Have your corporate logo seen on all official event lanyards. Opportunity to sponsor the conference lanyard with badge holder is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee includes the cost of the lanyards.

All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by December 2, 2023.

For post-meeting non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: "This program/event is developed and offered by (the supporting organization).  This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
