Exhibitor Packages Available

Deadline for Order Commitment: 6/1/2025

  • Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 1 Day of exhibit space during the course
    • Table Setup Includes: 2 Tables, Chairs

    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
  • Promotional Insert: Have your company’s promotional insert distributed to attendees during on-site registration.
    • Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 6/15/2025
    • Max size 8.5"x11"please limit insert to one page.

  • Targeted email promotion of Non-CME/Product Theater Sponsorship Opportunity
    Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on Online exhibit hall listing distributed to attendees during onsite registration
    • Cleveland Clinic will send an email to all current registrants on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, promoting the Non-CME/Product Theater Sponsorship Opportunity.
    • Email to include the link to the flyer, link to join the session, and registration details, if available
    • Information on non-CME/product theaters will also be included in the course reminder emails
  • Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person
    Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minutes in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch on Friday, July 11 between 1-1:45 pm.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • Organizing the program/event
    • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
    • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 6/15/2025
    • Optional live stream of program.  A link will be provided to live stream participants, separate from educational content.  All expenses associated with the live stream are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter Organization (eg, AV, invitation)
  • Cleveland Clinic will:
    • Select and provide buffet meal.
    • Provide a link to program/event on the course website and distribute program flyer to registrants.
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
    “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
  • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
