Registration
In person Fee includes: continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, reception(s), and PowerPoint presentations in PDF format, available online. Audio recordings (nonCE) of all education available for extra fee.
Live Stream Fee includes: Access to live stream content from main education space, and PowerPoint presentations in PDF format, available online. Audio recordings (nonCE) of all education available for extra fee.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
** Any professional that is not working in a clinical setting (hospital, academic center) and works for industry (ie, ineligible company) is considered part of the corporate registration category.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted until 2:00 pm ET on Wednesday, August 26. Register on site after this date. Contactless registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by July 30, 2026. After July 30, 2026 a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after August 20, 2026.

Health and Safety
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
