Reception Sponsorship - $5,000

Recognition of your company as a contributing sponsor to the Symposium Reception. 
This opportunity is available to more than one supporter. The reception is a 1 hour event for all symposium attendees.

• The fee includes recognition as a contributor to the reception on slides and/or signage
• Each supporter may choose from one of the following options on a first-come, first-serve basis:
• Cocktail Napkins - Recognition of your company logo will be imprinted on napkins provided to reception attendees
• Bar Sponsor - Recognition of your company logo will be imprinted on a sign and displayed at the bar during the reception. A signature drink can be offered. 
• Beverage Tumbler - Recognition of your company logo will be imprinted on tumblers provided to reception attendees

Beverage Napkins - $3,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on beverage napkins used by attendees.
This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

        The beverage napkins will be used by attendees throughout the course, excluding the reception

Coffee Cup Sleeves - $2,500
