In-person registration fee includes:
continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Saturday lunch, and faculty PowerPoint presentations in PDF format, available online following the course.
Live stream registration includes:
access to the live stream (sessions are presented on Pacific Standard Time) and faculty PowerPoint presentations in PDF format, available online following the course.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted until 4:00 pm ET on February 20, 2026. Register on site after this date. In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by February 14, 2026. After February 14, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after February 21, 2026.
Live stream access instructions will be emailed at least five business days prior to the course. Please note - sessions will be live streamed on Pacific Standard Time.

Health and Safety
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
