Call for Poster Presentations

We invite you to present an educational poster at the 14th Annual Basic & Clinical Immunology for the Busy Clinician & Advances in Integrative Immunology symposium. The CME course will be held in Las Vegas, NV and via live stream on February 28 & March 1, 2026.  This is a chance for you to share your work with peers and connect with others doing similar work. Submit your poster on topics relating to immune-mediated inflammatory diseases and integrative medicine, including immunology, rheumatology, allergy, and others.  Poster presenters can submit a PDF of their poster before the symposium to be eligible for a poster of distinction award.

Travel Stipends

If your poster is chosen, you may also be eligible for a travel stipend to cover your travel expenses to Las Vegas, NV!  The program will reimburse registration, air travel, and hotel nights so that you can attend!

Travel Stipend Program Guidelines

  • Travel stipends are limited and are available to US-based fellows and residents. 
  • Travel reimbursement is capped at $1000 per recipient.
  • Travel recipients will be selected by designated course faculty.
  • Travel stipend checks will be sent via US mail following the course.
  • Recipient must attend the CME event on February 28 and March 1, 2026 to qualify for stipend.
  • Travel issues: Consideration will be given to recipients that miss some sessions due to unforeseen travel issues (flight delays/cancellations due to weather or technical issues).
  • Cancellation of travel grant should be sent to CME project manager via email by February 6, 2026.  Failure to send written cancellation by the deadline may affect eligibility for future travel grants.

Program Timeline

  1. CME project manager will:
    1. Review all applications and share with designated faculty
    2. Selected applicants will receive a response to application within 14 days
    3. Communicate with CME registration team to register recipient
  2. Travel grant recipient will:
    1. Make own travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and air/ground transportation
    2. Attend the entire 14th Annual Basic & Clinical Immunology for the Busy Clinician & Advances in Integrative Immunology course on February 28 and March 1, 2026.
  3. Travel stipend checks will be sent via US mail.
