Course Tuition
In-person course fee includes Friday and Saturday lectures, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, receptions, and faculty presentations in PDF, available online.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to/from the Shoreby Club. Valet parking will be provided.
Participants may opt to purchase additional reception tickets during the registration process.

* Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
** Any professional that is not working in a clinical setting (hospital, academic center) and works for industry (i.e., an ineligible company) is considered part of the corporate registration category.
Registration and Cancellation
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for in-person registrations if cancelled by September 12, 2025. After September 12, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after September 19. Please email [email protected] to cancel your registration.
Health & Safety Information
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
