Exhibitor Packages Available
Lunch - Friday, September 26
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
- Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
- menu selection and meal expenses.
- basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone. Supporter is responsible for any additional equipment.
- providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Summit.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- organizing the program/event;
- submitting the presentation topic to CCF for approval
- all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, and additional audiovisual equipment.
- providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at Exhibit table.
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by September 1, 2025.
- For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic. - Recognition as the Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)**
- Recognition as a WiFi sponsor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
- Two days of exhibit space
- Two six-foot tabletop displays in assigned location (includes four chairs)
- Promotional insert in the on-site packet (insert to be provided by supporter at their cost and shipped directly to CCF for stuffing by September 15, 2025; max size 8.5” x 11”, one page) ***
- Sign (max size: 22"w x 28" h) or pull-up banner display (max size: 33” x 80”) with logo/advertisement in exhibit area.
