  • Recognition as a Gold Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

  • Table Setup: Two (2) Six-foot tabletop displays, 4 chairs, linen, and skirting
  • Exhibit Location: Premium

    *To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.

  • Exclusive 20-min Meet-and-Greet with Program Faculty
    Opportunity to have exclusive 20-minute face-to-face meeting time with program faculty to discuss your company product and research prior to the program from 7:00 AM - 7:20 AM on either Friday, August 14, 2026, or Saturday, August 15, 2026
    • A separate meeting room will be provided by the program organizers at the Intercontinental Hotel & Conference Center. 
    • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
  • Product Display / Hands-On Workshop Session ($3000 value)
    Opportunity for 8 reps to participate during the non-accredited Product Display / Hands-On Workshop Session on Saturday, August 15, 2026
    • Recognition as a Product Display/Hands-On Workshop vendor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
    • Vendor to provide product/equipment, shipped to facility at vendors cost.
    • Setup Includes: Table and Chairs (Display setup time: 2:00 PM   |   Breakdown Time: 4:15 PM)
    • Additional fees (standard electric, power strip) included
    • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance
  • Networking Reception ($10,000 value)
    Opportunity to sponsor the Networking Reception on Friday, August 14, 2026 or Saturday August 15, 2026 from 4:30pm—6:30pm (following the MASH program) at a location of the company supporter’s discretion.
  • Interaction with attendees in a relaxed, informal setting (Industry presentation prohibited)
  • (1) Six-foot tabletop display, 2 chairs, linen, and skirting
  • Display setup:  between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Meeting room, audiovisual setup, and food/beverage (served buffet style) provided by program organizers.

  • Faculty Dinner ($7500 value)
    Opportunity to sponsor the Faculty Dinner on Thursday, August 13, 2026, Friday, August 14, 2026 or Saturday, August 15, 2026  from 7—8:30pm (following the MASH program) at a location of the company supporter’s discretion.
    • Recognition as a Faculty Dinner sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
    • Exclusive face-to-face meeting time with program faculty to discuss your company product and research
    • Company is responsible for: 
      • All planning, including venue selection, and dinner expenses
      • Providing a flyer for the event to the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager by 6/10/26
    • Cleveland Clinic will:
      • Provide link to company’s promotional flyer on pre-event communication to faculty.
      • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
