Registration fees for this in-person program include:
- Attendance at educational lectures
- Program booklet and handouts
- Meals: continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks

Registration and Cancellation
In case of cancellation, email notification is required. A full refund will be provided if your cancellation request is received by July 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026.
Pre-registrations will be accepted online until 2:00 pm ET on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
