Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Recognition as a Platinum level Exhibitor (acknowledgment on slides and/or signage)
  • 1 day of exhibit space during the course
  • Table Setup Includes: 2 Tables, 4 Chairs
  • Exhibit Location: Premium
  • 4 Exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and meals)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
    There are no charges for electric; however, please plan to bring at least (1) long power cord and (1) power strip, electrical tape to tape down the cord(s), or what is most applicable for your set-up.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person

  • Opportunity to sponsor a 40 minute, in-person only, industry supported program/event during dinner (to begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the course) on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • Organizing the program/event.
    • All costs associated with the industry support program/event, including, but not limited to speaker fees.
    • Providing a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by May 8, 2026.
  • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
    • Securing meeting space.
    • Selecting and providing a buffet meal.
    • Providing basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone. Supporter is responsible for any additional equipment.
    • Providing a link to program/event on the course website and making available a program flyer to attendees.
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by . This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
  • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Promotional Flyer                $ 250

Have your company’s promotional flyer available to attendees during registration.

  • Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than April 20, 2026
  • Max size 8.5"x11", please limit flyer to one page.
