Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Tuesday, May 19, 2026.  After Tuesday, May 19, contact CME Registration at [email protected]  directly to confirm on-site availability.  If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.   

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.

A full refund will be issued if canceled by April 30, 2026. After April 30, 2026, a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. 

No refunds will be issued after May 13, 2026.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded.
