Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Deadline: June 15, 2026
Acceptance Notification to Presenter: August 3, 2026
Course Registration Deadline for Presenter: September 14, 2026
We welcome oral and/or poster presentation submissions in the categories of:
- Research
- Clinical
- Operational
- Educational
In the areas of:
- AI-Driven Diagnostics or Interventional Radiology
- AI for Imaging Reconstruction
- AI Augmentation of Quality Improvement Initiatives
- Advanced Predictive Analytics for Imaging Workflow
- LLM (Large Language Models) in Diagnostics
Eligibility:
- Open to physicians, fellows, residents, researchers, technologists, students, and informatics professionals in the fields of radiology and pathology.
- Must be a U.S. resident currently residing in the U.S.
- All accepted abstracts are required to have a presenter (of your preference) at the conference.
- Oral presenters will receive complimentary registration to the conference. Accepted posters will receive discounted registration.
- Those who choose to attend understand that registration is required based on the above, and expenses (e.g., registration (if applicable), airfare, lodging, etc.) associated with submission and presentation are the responsibility of the presenter.
Authors:
- Judging will take place on-site at the conference. Presenters must be available on-site in Hollywood, Florida to set-up their posters and represent during judging
- The top poster and top oral presentation will receive an award
- If you are unable to attend, you must forfeit your presentation
- Abstracts accepted for poster presentation will require a printed 4' x 8' poster, to be displayed on-site, at the conference
Instructions:
Please read instructions below prior to submitting your abstract.
- Abstract word limit: 300 words
- Abstract Format:
- Introduction: Provide context and introduce the subject matter.
- Methods: Explain how the data or information was gathered (e.g., surveys, experiments, case studies).
- Results: Present and analyze the research findings.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key points and suggest areas for further research.
- Tables / Figures: Upload all supporting files.
- References: Cite all relevant sources.
- The presenter is required to complete an online faculty disclosure.
- Abstract scoring will be blinded. Do not include institution or other identifying information within the abstract itself for any of the submission types.
- Up to five tables/figures allowed per submission.
- Tables/figures should be saved in PDF or JPEG format.
