A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort with the special conference rate of $289 per night (plus discounted $10 resort fee and applicable taxes). In the event that the hotel room block fills prior to the cutoff date, the hotel may offer additional nights at an increased rate.
Please note: When booking online, deselect “Show available only” to ensure that all currently available room nights are displayed. The website will accommodate only reservations booked Oct 15-17. To book dates outside of this range, please call the resort directly.
Please note that resort fees, parking fees, taxes, and public user fees are separate and in addition to the guest room rate. Room cancellations must be made no later than three (3) days in advance in order to avoid cancellation charge of one night’s stay and fees. An early departure fee of one night’s stay plus fees will be charged to guests who depart before their originally scheduled departure date at the time of arrival. In addition to the rates and terms stated above, an extra person charge of $50 per person applies for a third or fourth guest per room, per night.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.
