Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME)
- Saturday, February 25 lunch time slot.
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Summit.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual. Cleveland Clinic will select and provide lunch and breakfast.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event.
- Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (space is limited).
- The Industry Supporter Organization may live stream their program/event invitation. A link will be provided to live stream participants. All expenses associated with the live stream are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter Organization.
- The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h).
- The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event on the course website and will provide a program/event invitation flyer (provided by the Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course.
- For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
- The Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager by January 10, 2023.
